The laboratory participates in various programs of inter- laboratory proficiency tests.

Quality control is a continuous process that covers all the functions of the laboratory. These include regular calibration of measuring instruments, verification of measurements (control samples, duplicates, blanks). All the above procedures are monitored by control charts and they ensure that the measurements of the laboratory are in compliance with the specifications (correctness, accuracy, repeatability) required by each method.
